This page explains what information Welda Club collects through welda.club, why, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at hello@welda.club.
What we collect
- Partnership inquiries. When you send the Partnership Inquiry form, we receive your full name, company or brand, email, phone number, event date, partnership type, budget range and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Emails. If you email us, we receive your message and email address.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the referring website, browser, device type and country. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.
How we use it
We use inquiry details only to reply to you and to discuss a possible partnership or event. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list from the inquiry form.
Services that help us
- Web3Forms delivers the inquiry form to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Cloudflare provides the visit statistics described above and our domain.
- GitHub Pages hosts this website.
These providers handle information on our behalf, under their own privacy and security terms.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies or use advertising trackers. Your browser briefly remembers that you have seen the opening animation during a visit, so it is not shown again; that stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Other websites
Links to Luma (events and tickets), Flodesk (the retreat list) and Instagram take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and for our ordinary business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information you have sent us at any time by emailing hello@welda.club.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
